The world-famous comics-story about Batman was screened by Warner Bros.
Company under the title “The Dark Knight”. The film
became famous almost immediately. The fame was favored not only by
all-star cast (Christiane Bale, Morgan Freeman, Heath Ledger etc), but
also by shocking death of one of the actors. Heath Ledger, who
died during the film editing and was awarded Oscar
posthumously, performed the role of a crazy villain, Joker. It was this
negative character who surprisingly became much more popular than his
positive antipode in “The Dark Knight”, Batman.
Then a real Jokeromania began. Young teens just went nuts about his
flesh creeping manner to behave and talk. He became a real icon of the
present-day maniac, contriving cunning plans and embodying them. His
image became the most famous during Nut-Crack Night and New Year
parties. It was also Joker who enjoyed wide popularity of the Dark
Knight movie posters.
The latter depict sequences from the movie, main characters and, of
course, film’s symbols – rattlemouse and
Joker’s crowning grin. The Dark Knight
poster printing on T-shirts, baseball-caps, cups etc. has also became popular. And there were
also wallpaper with the Dark Knight and his enemy, which gained great
popularity. A great number of sites devoted to the Dark Knight posters
sale appeared on the Internet. You could easily order a Dark Knight poster at affordable prices.
Warner Bros. Company earned a pretty penny by advertising the movie:
spreading the Dark Knight trailer, selling movie posters and cards,
sending sound-tracks to radio-stations’ broadcast. |
